Pick & Plan provides a clear pathway for customers and vendors to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page is intended for Google Play and Apple App Store review, as well as for users who need help with account deletion.
When a logged-in Pick & Plan user requests account deletion inside the app, the system automatically detects the registered account details and submits the deletion request to the Pick & Plan support team at info@pickplan.my. Backup support email: pickandplan.my@gmail.com.
If a user cannot access the app, they may submit a deletion request using the form below. The request will be sent to the same support team.
Some information may be retained where required by Malaysian law, accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling or legitimate operational requirements.
