Account & Data Deletion

Pick & Plan provides a clear pathway for customers and vendors to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page is intended for Google Play and Apple App Store review, as well as for users who need help with account deletion.

Important: Account deletion may permanently remove your profile, vendor listing, event details, enquiries, budget records, receipts and associated personal data after review. This action cannot be undone once completed.

In-App Deletion Request Flow

When a logged-in Pick & Plan user requests account deletion inside the app, the system automatically detects the registered account details and submits the deletion request to the Pick & Plan support team at info@pickplan.my. Backup support email: pickandplan.my@gmail.com.

1. Logged-in user selects Delete Account
The app identifies the user's registered account information such as name, email address and user ID.
2. Request is automatically sent
The deletion request is emailed to the Pick & Plan support team at info@pickplan.my. Backup copy/support can also use pickandplan.my@gmail.com.
3. Identity verification
Our team verifies the request within 2–3 business days.
4. Data deletion
Approved deletion requests are processed and associated personal data is deleted within 7–30 business days.
5. Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent once deletion is completed.

If a user cannot access the app, they may submit a deletion request using the form below. The request will be sent to the same support team.

Data That May Be Deleted

  • Customer or vendor profile information
  • Account contact details such as name, email and phone number
  • Event planning records, budget details and guest-related information
  • Vendor listing information and portfolio images where applicable
  • Enquiries, requests and associated account activity

Some information may be retained where required by Malaysian law, accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling or legitimate operational requirements.

Deletion Flow Summary

App path: Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account.

Auto-detect: The app should automatically detect whether the logged-in account is a Customer or Vendor, together with registered name, email and user ID.

Request handling: The request is sent to info@pickplan.my for review and confirmation. Backup support email: pickandplan.my@gmail.com.
