Acceptance of Terms

• Agreement: By using Pick & Plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
• Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

Use of Service

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use Pick & Plan only for lawful purposes.
• Prohibited Actions: You must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform.

Vendor Relationships

• Marketplace Platform: Pick & Plan is a marketplace platform connecting customers and vendors.
• Vendor Conduct: Vendors are responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, legality, pricing, service details, portfolio images, and delivery of their own services.
• Disputes: Disputes between customers and vendors should be resolved directly. Pick & Plan may assist as a neutral mediator where appropriate.

Payments

• Payment Processing: Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers. Pick & Plan does not store card details.
• Refunds: Refund policies may depend on individual vendors or payment providers. Users should review details before booking.
• Liability: Pick & Plan is not liable for payment disputes between users and vendors.

Content

• Our Content: Pick & Plan logos, graphics, text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Your Content: By uploading content, vendors grant Pick & Plan permission to display it on the platform for service and promotional purposes.

Account Suspension or Termination

Pick & Plan may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, violate these Terms, or engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behaviour.

Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Pick & Plan is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts where applicable.
